The integrale of the Château Fernon takes its name from its manufacturing method, integral vinification in barrels. This micro-cuvée comes from the selection of our best terroirs and represents the excellence of our Graves wines.

Blend:

50 % Merlot - 30 % Cabernet Sauvignon -  20 % Cabernet franc

Tasting Notes:

On the nose, aromas of black and red fruits mingle harmoniously with roasted and cocoa  barrel-flavors. Structured wine on the palate, chew and density. The finish is delicate, wine with excellent aging potential.

Food and Wine Pairings:

This wine goes well with a steak , duck,as well as mild to medium strong cheeses.
