50% Sauvignon - 50% Sémillon
The vinification, at low temperature, the aging on lees in barrels, give to this wine golden reflections, an intense and very aromatic nose with the perfumes of exotic fruits. To finish with a woody note melted and pleasant to the palate.

Ideal to enjoy during your aperitifs, crustaceans, fish and cheese. Dare with a scallop carpaccio!
